This issue seems similar to what happens with NSMB when disabling fog. I've had some weird graphical glitches when disabling fog, but the ops issue could very well be caused by something else as well.
Btw. recent revisions have broken Mario Kart Wii using Dx9 Plugin
Still works like a charm in Dx11 though, just thought you might want to know. Problems are: - Crap FPS, I get < 15FPS instead of 30-40 - Except for a small corner (bottom right) I get some rainbow lines all over the screen (only noticeable during the race, not in the menu) EDIT: Looks like the glitch was caused by the option "Emulate format change" that's been added and which I noticed only recently.
Coincidence does not exist.

Which settings were you using, especially in regards to AA and EFB scale?
As I said, it was all about "Emulate format changes" in the Dx9 Plugin.
Once deactivated, I got a speedup to 30-40 FPS and no screen glitches.

Still, I'd like to know the settings since that option shouldn't have caused any glitches.

I get glitches in the latest revisions with that option enabled. I noticed graphical glitches in Donkey Kong Country Returns the option enabled.
