Exclamation
So, any particular reason my games (So far, Paper Mario, Pikmin 2, Starfox Assult) look like this?

It also seems that any setting I use (On DX9) won't fix the problem.

Starfox Assault has the same glitch?

Please post your configuration, so we can help you...
Coincidence does not exist.
We only believe it does, because we never know what happens beyond our visions and thoughts.

Indeed, this is how it looks for Pikmin 2.

And here's the current setup (I'm also using Dolphin SVN R 6654)

It may be your Radeon GPU, Dolphin doesn't like AMD/ATI that much...

I don't know if this will fix anything, but try setting EFB scale to Integral instead of Fractional.

I have an at card and i play a lot of my games at full speed without glitches. Try updating your drivers and directX.

GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

Try disabling Catalyst A.I. in the CCC.

Nah, bs. Radeons work just fine with Dolphin, I'm using one as well.

Isn't the answer pretty obvious?

Also enable fog, there is absolutely no reason to disable fog and that causes issues with some games.
