How can I set Dolphin to run in DX11 instead of DX9. I saw some people say it's under 'Graphics', but I don't see 'Graphics' anywhere. Can someone help?

It's a big button in Dolphin, here's a screenshot highlighting where it is in Dolphin 3.0. When you click it, you'll come up to a dialog box where you can choose your backend. If your GPU doesn't support DX11, it won't display it? I'm not sure, but at least that's the case me; it's not an option for me on the family desktop (not the same as my sig).

Oh wow. I guess that's the problem
I'm getting the stupid 0xc000007 error code.
I thought I had it figured out.

Is this an error message generated from Windows or Dolphin? If you don't know which, you can post a screenshot of the message when it pops up.

0xc000007b is caused by using 32bit dlls with a 64 bit program. run the appropriate installers (vc++ 2010 sp1 runtimes x64, etc) and remove the dlls that you downloaded.
