I can confirm the issues in MKWii...ingame looks mostly good now, but menus are black and title screen blurry.
Hm, I also have an nvidia-card...

I tested DX11 plugin and it worked fine, fps is better than DX9 plugin but still have some bugs!
But in the DX11 plugin setting window, i can't see AA mode. Does it has AA setting?
Huh

Ati radeon HD 4770 works on x86 + x64

Checkout my latest project ( it is a program that downloads and compiles dolphin on mac and linux now): http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu-downloader (It's unofficial and maintained by me, not the dolphin dev team)

Any feedback on the issue I reported with Mario Kart Wii and the DX11 plugin Neo? Seems it may be video card or driver related. I'm currently using Windows 7 x64 and the Nvidia Forceware 197.45 (x64) drivers for my Geforce 9800 GT. I'm also using the x64 build of Dolphin, I always compile myself if that matters. I believe I'm using the August 2009 DirectX SDK, at least that is the version I have archived in a zip file on my hard drive.

Some real results from me : Every game that used to launch with dx9 or Ogl are now sort of "pixely" with dx11 ! in fact it looks like streched 640x480 where it supposed to be 5040x1050 !

Radeon 5870 catalyst 10.6
Pentium G2120 Ivy Bridge 3.1Ghz
8GB 1333 DDR3
ASUS 560 TI CU2 TOP
Crucial M4 64Gb

Xtreme2damax: No idea, sorry. Game works 100% fine here :/ anyway, guess you can open an issue on our google code project for this

abfab126: Update Dolphin, this should be fixed in r5730.

Well I've reported it here, not sure what opening an issue would accomplish. I don't have much time atm, will open an issue later if I feel froggy enough. Wink

Anyone else with Nvidia Geforce 9xxx cards, specifically a 9800 GT that is having this problem, anyone else that is having this problem as well? If so post what card you have and the driver version you are using, this will be useful for when I get around to opening the issue.

@ Xtreme2damax: Yup, I got the same issues, having an Geforce 8800 GTS (G92), using latest driver Forceware 257.21. And using mamario's build.
@ NeoBrain: Hey, was some of your work on the plugin today in fact to reduce the shader loading stutters? Because I just tried Metroid Prime 3 twice and the second time around there really was muuuuch less stuttering Big Grin
I could tell best with Mario Kart Wii before the races begin, but how I said before, that game has some major issues for me...

Xtreme2damax: I have no idea what can go wrong here, so someone else will need to look at that issue... and most devs aren't checking the forums, so the report might be better placed in the issue tracker. I'd really appreciate this Wink

StripTheSoul: It was more for cleanup purposes and a little general performance improvement, but nice to see it worked for you that well Wink
d3dx apparently still rocks, compared to GenerateMips Tongue
