I have to admit, this plugin is amazing. Games that were not playable, are now playable. One example is Dead Space. It was running on my system at 17 fps. Now it's hovering around and over 25 fps.
Dear All,
I download the Dolphin-r5790 build, but cannot see the DX9 or DX11 for select on the graphic plugin selection. Does anyone have the same problem or just me ? WIN7 32bit, ATI 5770 (Catalyst 10.6). ~thanks 06-27-2010, 01:45 AM
I got rev 5790, it got Plugin_VideoDX11.dll in the plugins folder, I updated DirectX to june 2010, and installed the last ATI drivers (Catalyst 10.6), but there's no DX11 option on the graphics plugins. Only DX9 and OpenGL. Could someone help?

Please don't say Windows XP, because that proves some of you didn't read the first post at all.
![]() Windows Vista or Windows 7 (x86/x64) is required, these are the only operating systems that are capable of using DirectX 10 and DirectX 11. On r5786 only the OpenGL and software randerer show up for selection, don't have DX9 & DX11 show up for selection. On r5801 still have the same issue. http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html?list=1 Further findings: If I replace the plugins (Plugin_VideoDX11.dll & Plugin_VideoDX9.dll) from r5778 to r5786. Both DX9 & DX11 plugin show up in r5786 for selection. rgs 06-27-2010, 03:41 AM
For you guys having trouble with DX9 and DX11 not showing up, you have to update your DirectX to the June 2010 update:
