Your card should fully support D3D11: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeForce_500_series
Try running the DirectX Web Updater. And use the latest -official- dev build from the download section. Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

But I seem to remember that the minimum requirements for the dolphin are dx11 feature level 10.0 I tried it on an ati 4670 on windows 7.1 but it does not work.. On ishiiruka build instead selecting dx11 works fine on dx10 card.
Fermi should be fine with ubershaders. But a couple of weeks before ubershaders was merged, an unrelated change was merged that used D3D11.1, and breaking D3D11.0 support. If you are running Windows 7 SP1 or 8, you need to make sure your operating system is fully up to date to get D3D11.1, and you'll be fine.

Just FYI, Fermi-based GPUs still provide only DX11 support on current drivers, even through NVIDIA keeps marketing them as DX12 capable. Given the age of those cards, even through they're technically capable of supporting DX12, it's veeeery unlikely they'll get updated drivers...
