Dumping / Ripping Wii U games with Wii

is it possible to dump / rip Wii U games with a normal Wii? If yes, could you please tell me how to do or send me a thread where I can read it?

No, the disc hardwares are totally different between the Wii and Wii U

The Wii uses DVDs and the Wii U uses Bluray. You cannot rip a Wii U disc with a Wii any more than you can watch a Bluray disc in your DVD player.
