Hi there. I've suddenly started having problems with the "Dump Frames" feature with Dolphin (I believe it was 4.0-8443, but I began using 4.0-7508 for the sake of less input delay). But before I state the problem, I should mention that this feature used to work, and I was still using the same version of Dolphin at that time.
I was dumping frames on a TAS I made, but when they were dumped and saved, every frame looked corrupted. Here's an example of one of those frames:
This frame is supposed to be the character select screen in SSBM.
So anyway, as I mentioned before, "Dump Frames" used to work for me, and I was using it for the same purpose as this time: to record TAS. Last time I used it and was working just fine was just about 3 days ago.
I am also aware that dumped frames become broken if the game's window size is changed. I remember I did it once by accident before it stopped functioning properly (which was about 2 days ago, a day after the last time it worked properly), but I immediately stopped the emulation when that happened. The next time I tried to dump frames, despite never even re-sizing the game window since that accident, caused the whole video becomes corrupted as seen in the image I posted.
So what happened? How did Dolphin glitch up?
EDIT: Apparently when I re-enabled "Use Panic Handlers" and tried to do this again after relaunching Dolphiin, it mistakenly believes that the game window was re-sized after the very first frame. I managed to work around that by simply dumping the frames after the first few have went by. Still though, why is Dolphin doing this to me?
