DualShock 4 Under DS4Windows Not Recognised

Im getting the same thing I am able to set the controller in the settings but the game itself is not picking it up at all i've tried Ds4windows,also the ximputwrappers and motioninjoy its all the same result made sure its configured and then ingame nothing

edit: just tried a stable version as-well same problem
