Dualshock 4 DSU Client No Rumble

I managed to use the Dualshock 4 to emulate the gestures.

Is it possible to get the rumble working too ?

Not through DSU, the protocol doesn't carry rumble data. However, assuming you're using DS4Windows as your DSU Server, you can use the Default profile that ships with the app, it generates a virtual Xbox gamepad which you can use to map the rumble while still using DSU protocol for the buttons and motion sensors...
