Using Dual Core with OC override causes graphical glitches and artifacts when disabling the emulation speed limit and can even cause the game to run in cel shader mode, the emulator will also freeze and crash. AFAIK this doesn't happen on iOS or Android. This doesn't happen on Single Core mode. Tested on RTX 2080, Intel UHD 630 and AMD A10-7800 APU

Then... don't? Dual core is a hack, and it makes perfect sense that it would break in situations like that.
