My game was running slowly (less than 50% speed) so I tried enabling dual core but then it doesn't even run. All I get is a black screen and an error message with a list of possible causes for the problem and one of them (GPU getting out of sync or something) tells me to turn off dual core (I assume that's the thing causing the problem). Problem is, with dual core disabled, it's kinda annoying to play. Can this be fixed?

Well I running any game gamecube and wii and all I get is great speed then alot of chugging. One second a game is running fine at around 30fps then it drops to 6fps all throughout whatever game i'm running. I got my firewall disabled and no virus stuff is working at the moment. What can be causing that? I know games have slow down but not chugging like that.
