Yup, you will need to dump two files from your Wii or Gamecube to use the LLE plugin. It's best to use the HLE plugin for now anyway since LLE is terribly slow and audio crackles a lot.

I fail to see how it's a bot, it's more of a n00b/troll than anything else. I see no links or any other indication of advertising from this member that would normally confirm a spammer/bot and I usually have a very keen eye for spam.
