I am playing SSBB and during the singleplayer cutscenes, the sound is not very good. The left channel has somewhat distorted sound (Wario sounds like an evil maniac with a really deep voice). Right channel is normal, except the sound is popping/crackling. I was using DSound, which was default. I tried switching to XAudio2. So far i think sounds better, i haven't noticed any distorted sound effects during the cutscenes. I haven't come across any Wario cutscenes again, so idk if he still sounds weird in left channel. I only got to test XAudio2 for about 10 minutes. So what i'm wondering is which audio plugin should i use? Which is less buggy/more accurate?

By giving us some basic information like what revision you were using and which audio plugin you were using.

@Squall

I don't think he understands what a backend is....but I don't feel like explaining it to him now.

Bump. Are the cinematics supposed to sound like that, or is there a fix?
