DS4 & Emulated Wiimote setup

Hi, I'm trying to get both my DS4 (as standard controller) & KB/Mouse (as emulated Wimote) to work together in game (Mario Kart Wii).

Problem is that as soon as the game is started, which ever device i use to proceed through the menu's, seems to disable the other one Huh

ex. if i choose the gamepad, once i get to the licence menu i can see and track the emulated wiimote cursor, but it is greyed out and will not select or open anything.

Is it possible for these to work simultaneously in games? Cool

Oh and i am running Dolphin 5.0 and also DS4Windows

You can't use a GameCube controller ("Standard Controller") and a Wii Remote at the same time in Mario Kart Wii unless you're playing multiplayer.

Ahhh ok JJ, i guess that's cleared up. while your mentioning multiplayer, is this still do-able with Dolphin's NetPlay ? ...do ppl still race? Idea
