I saw that there were a lot of issues on the Jay2Kings build but I was under the impression that a new dev had taken over since Windows 10 came out and fixed that particular problem... Oh well, it seems not.
The one thing that perplexes me, though, is why is it only Dolphin that is affected for me these days? I'm not saying there's an issue with Dolphin as such but perhaps there's some weird conflict happening?
If all else fails, I think I'll give SCPToolkit a try. I used that a long time ago and I remember it not have rumble function for me. I'd kinda miss that if I had to go back!
