DS Connectivity? (Might be an obvious question)

I'm not sure how the DS connects to the Wii. If I get a Bluetooth dongle for a Wiimote, can my computer communicate wirelessly with it, i.e. send data from the game to the DS?

This will not work in Dolphin. If you mean generally, try asking in a Wii forum.
