Driving Me Insane (Please Help)

I am trying (unsuccsessfully, for over a week now) to use my Wiimote with Dolphin.

I have paired the Wiimote (following the guide) everything seems fine, the Wiimote vibrates after input source is set to real Wiimote, the wireless sensor bar is fully charged as is the wiimote - i have looked at multiple guides and followed them to the letter, tried uninstalling & reinstalling everything - still no luck, where am i going wrong?

EDIT:

Bizarrely the Home button works & the buttons and pointer seem to work fine in the Home menu, but back on the game screen (tried various different ones) nothing responds WTF!!

Just finished trying the 10th different rev (incl the latest) still no joy, if no one can help i will reluctantly have to call it a day - as this is now becoming incredibly frustrating.
