drivers for windows 7 are needing to be reinstalled each time i use/sync the wii remote. are there any fixes for this please because it reinstalling each time is a bit annoying and it also means there is an increased risk of sync failure which can lead to a lot of unnecessary hassle.

thank u guys!

Or use very latest builds. "real-wiimote-scannning" branch was merged to master branch recently

This has not really helped me at all, no offense.

I tried taking your advice but windows still installs the driver every single time the controller is recognised.

My problem is not dolphin seeing the controller, its the fact windows seems to detect is through bluetooth as a new device each time which causes it to reinstall the drivers for the remote.

That's how it's gonna be. The Windows bluetooth stack is horrible.

Try Toshiba BT stack. This is the one I'm using

I've never got any issue with Toshiba stack. Both of you should give it a try

I had this same issue and I figured out a fix for it. I started a new thread about it here: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-if-you-can-t-get-your-wiimote-to-work-with-dolphin-this-worked-for-me
