Yeah I dont have digital artist friends either, well actually... my GF is a draw/painter but im not sure she can handle digital art, im pretty sure she never did texture, I'll ask her, I'll get back to you in a couple of weeks.
Btw if you are willing to put money into it try fiverr.com im sure you can find artists there or at least ask for offers. (after doing a catalouge of what texture needs touch up, cause not all)
