Nice but you can see it's A.I scale up. It has several scale up glitches all over the place, dirty texts, quarter of the energy bar is missing/black.
The bigger problem it's still has performance issues its a 3,5GB pack and still eats up 8GB of my ram and after it just turns off.

ill be learning how to make .DDS pack hopefully that fix 's your ram issue, i have no photoshop skills though and unless someone volunteers or someone who has art skills is hirable for a freelance commission, people that arent too busy. then i cant fix these issues for all three of my HD texture pack's and nothing will be done about these issues.
 
also not like my life is relevant or anything to anyone else here, but ill tell you anyway recently i had to go to hospital since i have a back injury, i couldn't move, i rang ambulance and they gave me 'penthrox inhaler' and put me unto a stretcher and took me to emergency department. i spent the night their with a drip cannula in my arm couldn't sleep for 12 hours and arrived home recently for the next couple weeks im immobile. i have support workers helping daily "sigh" so this is as good as it gets, until people start helping me since im incapable of doing anything else. you can hate me if you like.. i dotn care anymore its just too hard.  Sad
 
i just cant manage my problems in real-life and meet everyone else's expectations and standards on the internet! now even if i do manage to make a .dds pack for you all its obvious its pointless! because the problems that come with upscale ai they will all still remain anyway. and i dont know enough yet to fix all those issues.

Im no artist but I can fix some obvious issues like texts and fill up bars I'll look into it in the coming month.

if you can do that then your amazing! and im sorry if i came across Negative, im just really sad atm. Sad recent things that are happening in my life really suck, i cant do much now physically and i had hoped to work in a team eventually and prove myself, its what i really wanted! a team with each member whom has their own strength and weakness's. and also a good leader to lead our HD projects. someone stoic y'know? someone like that, brings out the best in people! i reckon. 
i cant do these other projects until i find that team of people, im a hard worker and not lazy! and proven my worth i think? ...  Huh

Hey,

Thank for your work on this pack it looks pretty clean.
I am working on your pack and trying to organise your textures, I deleted a lot of glitched and unicolor textures (I notice Dolphin produce many glitched texture when I dump it, unicolor texture are technically same upscaled).
I play on PAL version and try to adapt your pack. I will try on USA version too.

What upscaler did you use for textures ?
I tried waifu2x but I don't have textures as clean as you.

I think I will post my edit when done, I'm just doing it for fun so I don't know if it will be long.
I know I'm not that good in english so I'm sorry if you don't understand.
Hope my work will be helpfull on this pack Smile

i think its awesome your working on PAL version that way other Culture's wont miss out! its kind of unfair if the pack is only in English. 
Sad regarding my HD Projects eventually hoped to create translations to Russian, Korean and Chinese just the font, that is 
if i can figure it out one day. Huh 

the PAL version will cover the other languages for Europe etc, so that's a smart move to work on those!  

i started off like you and didn't know what to do first either, please remember though, regarding these HD projects its not about me, i dont really matter to be honest lol, its actually more about everyone else and what makes them happy! now trying your best to gain their approval. thats a worthy challenge! Heart

so use that as your motivation. also "many people make, light work", so if you can inspire them to work with you and learn at the same time as a group, then you will achieve great things together! once you know everything you want to know, then consider helping to teach a friend to learn how to upscale as well. its mutually beneficial because you will reinforce one another and lessen your workload. more people = less work and less stress.

its a good idea to work together on a project your both passionate about. regarding my projects i have no problem with people experimenting trying new things to see what works best for this texture pack. my only suggestion is just try your best to maintain the same art style as the DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi series or as a general rule for other games that interest you, try to maintain that same art style used. if you wish to learn how to do this yourself, how to upscale textures then i highly recommend talking with

he is a very dedicated and awesome teacher, leader!, stick with him and his discord community you will learn allot from them!, he amongst others whom i thanked whilst learning where a vital part of how i even achieved these HD projects. i owe them allot. also dont forget 90% of people on the Dolphin forums are also willing to help you out, Bighead has lots of useful information and knowledge. so just copy paste as much as you can into a word document so you dont forget later on. if you take anyone elses information like copy etc, always make sure to credit them for their work and thank them afterwards. its mark of respect to their efforts and gains them recognition and admiration for their hard work.

just treat each project like its an exam and you want a high distinction, and do as much research as you can listen to you favorite music to motivate yourself while working. its also a good idea whatever game you decide to make HD packs of, that you join a discord in relation to that game as well. you will find many passionate people that can help you when you get stuck especially if they know how to mod it or reverse engineer or whatever talent they posses. it will eventually help you to achieve your end goal!  Wink

also dont be afraid to negotiate with people, and listen to people that are wiser than yourself. even if you have a disagreement always acknowledge what they have to say. it may be helpful to you later on. if you start struggling or feel like giving up remember this saying a Wiseman called Nelson Mandela, more or less said. "dont judge someone on how many times they fall down, instead judge them on how many times they get back up!"

for example 3 months ago i joined a Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi Modding community and learnt as much as i could from them, it took a while to earn theyre trust, but in the end i convinced them that helping me benefits them. and after a few months i made them all HD texture packs! this is my way of saying thankyou to them for tolerating and teaching me lol. i also asked people a lot of questions on forums and discords and kept notes in a word document so i dont forget what they taught me. thats very important also be prepared when you learn this sort of thing. you will face some people who will challenge you, you can either convince them to see your point of view or ignore them. also try not to lose your cool like i did and argue with them. it will reflect badly on you and youl regret it later on lol.

dont burn bridges like i did! patience, perseverance and dedication that's all you need! and you will be very successful! and inspire others.
