Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 - Bouncing Problem

Good afternoon everyone. I have a problem for Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 that I could not find in the forums, or on the issue tracking page. I've found since 4.0 and on, the game has a sort of "bouncing problem." I tried going back to 3.5 and noticed that with v-beam turned on, the bouncing stopped. Fast foward to 4.0 and current dev. updates of Dolphin; the bouncing problem is present in the intro videos as well as the game-play itself. I've tried messing around with my settings but the bouncing problem persists.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening / fixes?

Quick Edit: Bouncing Problem: think of it like playing this game while a perpetual earthquake is going on. The game moves vertically, slightly and constantly in both videos and in-game.

Maybe it's your Graphics Card? I haven't had any problems in that game, other than slowdown when there's a big explosion, or there's more than two Characters on the screen.

If it was a graphics card issue, why does it not happen on 3.5 of dolphin, only on current builds?

I can confirm it that there is a slight image trembling, and if xfb is enabled the image gets messed up.

Version 3.5 is pretty old. Older versions do have lower system requirements, but also lower compatability and worse emulation.
