I cant remember doing anything with the "Disable Material Lighting" though. what does that do?. also wanted to ask do you get screeching sound on stages with HLE? maybe i need to upgrade to 4628. and yeah there is no need for the projection hacks anymore.
I'm not exactly sure what it does, but the video quality of the game doesn't degrade at all. The game looks the same with it off as it did with it on (from what I noticed anyway).
The audio was also fine, during Adventure mode at least. I had some screeching/audio problems with the 4620 build, but when I switched to 4628, the audio problems seem to have went away.
I'm not sure how well this tweak works later on in the game though, because unfortunately I got a deysnc'd wiimote error, and the game crashed before I was able to complete stage 1-1.
hey dude, just an ideia.try unchecking "use panic handlers". this options is causing wii mote desync on nsmb when it's checked.
i'll test this game when i found my dvd and see what i'll get.
Thanks, that seems to have fixed the desyncing wiimote problem in this game too. Was able to get through stages 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3 without crashing to a wiimote error.
Although I haven't played through the entire game yet (just got to stage 2), it seems that it's 100% playable at full speed, without any problems (audio or otherwise). I was having some audio problems when I had the frame limiter set to "auto", but when I turned the frame limiter thing off, the audio problems went away.
