That's interesting.... Can you post pictures of your graphics config pages so we know how you have everything set?
Also, try some of these common fixes:
First off, check for any driver updates, Windows updates, download the latest version of Visual C++, and run the DirectX Web updater.
Next, make sure you have Dolphin set to high performance under Catalyst Control Center.
Then, look into overclocking your CPU to get the games running as fast as your system can handle (there's some bugs that show up when you can't run a game fast enough, and I can't remember which thread talked about it)
