dpad virtual support for some games?

i noticed that some games are unplayables without an external controller that emule the dpad in some games.(is required for some actions)

is there an way to emulate this? i dont have an controller

an togle to swich dpad/dstick will be awesome

is posible add native 0.7x or 0.5x resolution via dolphin.ini?

No. It wouldn't help with performance issues anyway.
