Downloaded newest build, Entry Point Not Found

Trying to use Version 4.0.9292, prompted with this error:

The procedure entry point _Thrd_id could not be located in the dynamic library MSCVP140.dll.

This is after extracting the Dolphin-x64 folder to my desktop and attempting to run the Dolphin exe.

Any help?

Did you install the 64 bit VC2015 runtimes like the download page specifies?

Yes, although for some reason the first time it did not install correctly. The problem seemed to fix itself after uninstalling and reinstalling.
