Hi. I downloaded the new dolphin 3089, and when I extracted it it was a .7z. This may sound stupid, but what the hell am I supposed to do? Oh, and it was the 32bit version I downloaded.

There is no dolphin.exe, instead there is just a dolphin32.7z.

*.7z is another format like *.zip. You just need to use program like 7Zip or WinRAR to extract files from archive Big Grin

Extract the whole thing, you'll see 4 files, one of them named "EXTRACT".

Or just get 7-zip, best decompressing software IMO.

Whenever you see an extension you don't recognize, just type it in a google search. For instance, if you typed .7z, the 1st link that pops up is to the 7-Zip program. And below that are links to sites that explain what the .7z extension is. Saves a lot of time.
