No one that can't open a zipped file should be encouraged to run Dolphin.

Im trying to compile it with 7-zip but the the Dolphin. exe still saying that its missing SDL.dll

7-Zip doesn't "compile" :/
You need to extract the entire directory contained within the archive. (Use the big "Extract" button on the toolbar)
You can't just double click on the Dolphin.exe .
