Doplhin wont save settings

Doplhin wont save any settings and must be manually closed on Win7 x86.

Alos, i got Pentium4 HT, should dual code mode be enabled on my rig?

When i launch it, it creates small icon, then i must right click icon and click dolphin again to actually launch it. Same thing with closing, two windows must be closed separately.

It wont remeber any settings no matter of what, i cant even change them teporarliy because it reverts them back isntantly.

Language setting is messed up, Dolphin selected some odd language for me by default and the only way of getting langugae to english was actually deleting all other language files.

My version is r7476 on W7(all service packs) with p4 3000mhz HT and 1,7GB ram.

Whoa....
This won't work at all, you have to buy a new computer if you want to play anything, even if you somehow get one game running with those specs then it would be so slow that you would pull your hair off.

Right click Dolphin click properties go to compatibly and select run as administrator.

Oddly, reinstalling Dolphin to new folder(and removing older one) seemed to fix all my issues. I have no idea how it happend in first place thos.

I tried Dolphin once with a P4 3.0GHz 2GB RAM and a Radeon HD 4670 machine and it wasn't a pleasant sight OK.

I'm not trying to be a smart-ass here but instead a realist.
P4 is a single core processor and is dead technology since a long long time.
