Doplhin lags when wii remote vibrates

When i play Mario Party 8 the wii remote often vibrates, especially in the menu. And everytime it vibrates it lags hardcore. And it vibrates every second in the menu ^^. Any ideas why?

Never experienced such problem before, it could be bad bluetooth connection. Post settings you use.

and in the wii remote option i only choosed "real wiimote"
