Now, considering Dolphin is primarily a CPU dependent program of course you will get low performance.

Hey now, I've got an Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8 GHz cpu and an ATI Radeon HD 4670 here. Tongue Getting full speed on several games, @ 1440x900, though I can't say I've played Monster Hunter 3, so I wouldn't know if it lagged on my system or not.

To DjLowse, try all the options in this guide if you haven't already: http://www.dolphin-emu.org/performance.html

Something's bothering me about your WEI as well. If you're not using onboard video then disable it in the BIOS; it'll free up some ram and potentially speed things up in Dolphin.

Lowering your resolution settings in Dolphin might help as well.

One more thing to consider; when you decide to install more ram, It would be a good idea to upgrade to Windows 7 x64 (Or you could do it anyway like I did..) as I've noticed anywhere from a 5-30% performance boost with the x64 version of Dolphin compared to the x86 version.
