Donkey Kong Country Returns Disconnecting

I am currently trying to play Donkey Kong Country Returns on Dolphin but I'm getting the wiimote disconnected message every few moments or so.

Here are my specs:

Dolphin 3.0
2 xbox 360 wired controllers
Disabled Wiimote speakers
Game ID: SF8E01

I tried switching to DSP LLE Recompiler but it says I cannot since it is not included with Dolphin due to copyright data.

The controllers themselves work fine and they're configured well, but they just keep disconnecting. Is there any advice?
