Don't have permission

Sup guys,
i tried to open a Thread in "Game Discussion", but i miss the Permission to do that. As you can see i'm able to post in all other Areas. Can someone fix this? As addition some said that there is some german Content which he can't read. Im missing that Content too, is that normal?

Ah thx i read only the faq and didn't expect such a rule after i had access to the other Areas.
