i got the dolphinbar to pair up my wiimotes, and can use all modes EXCEPT wiimote :-(

dolphin 5.0rc25: going ingame and pressing alt-f5 only yields a "wiimote connected" followed instantly by "wiimote disconnected"

i tried usb 3.0 and 2.0 ports. i also tried wiimotes without plus and with plus.

what am i doing wrong?

Likewise. Its gotten to the point i've just packed everything up and forgotten about it. I did the windows 10 update and when I get around to it, i'll do the wipe and reinstall (its on a SSD, I just haven't gotten to it yet, there isn't much to move, i don't even keep my documents on C ). I am hoping with a clean flush it will come good again, but I'm not enthusiastic about it.

Does your controller config freeze when you click on refresh or continuous scanning, too?

i read in another post something and managed to get it running:
install dolphinbar
pair your wiimotes
switch to mode 4
unplug the dolphin bar
hold the sync button and replug the dolphinbar
hold the sync button until the gamecontroller shows up in devices.
now dolphin sees the wiimote, and doesnt crash anymore when clicking on refresh Big Grin

Will dig it out tomorrow and try it again

I've never had a wiimote specifically show up in my windows devices, just the dolphin bar, or did you mean in Dolphin? I can use the wiimotes in windows, point around the screen and click on stuff like a wireless mouse, just a no show in Dolphin.

Well, Holding down the sync button and plugging dolphin bar into the pc makes the dolphin bar unresponsive, but that's the proceedure for flashing it's firmware. perhaps this one is a little different

Ahh ok. bit of confusion here. mine always shows up in device manager, just never showed up in dolphin. but yeah, nothing here has changed. works in windows, isn't recognised in dolphin
