Hello,
I purchased a Dolphinbar & a cheap wiimote (a little foreshadowing: This MIGHT be the problem) and set it up today.
While I had some problems with updating the Dolphinbar to the new firmware, in the end it turned out to be working (there was a problem with the usb-connection in the front of my computer - the ones in the back turned out to be working with the dolphinbar).
Now I have the wiimote & dolphinbar synced and in Mode4 but in the end I can't get it to work with any Dolphin version.
Dolphin 4.0 & 4.02:
They can't connect to the wiimote at all. When selecting 'real wiimote' and refreshing or using constant searching there's no reaction (vibration) and thus when starting a game all it says is wiimote 1 disconnected. I can't connect with alt-f5 either.
In Dolphin 4.0-5091 it at least recognizes the Wiimote. When selecting real wiimote and either constant refreashing or refreshing manually it is recognized and vibrates. Also when starting there's no disconnection-message and I can disconnect or connect via alt-f5.
BUT it still doesn't work. Games give me either the message, that there's no connection with a wiimote or just leave me stranded in main menus because it doesn't work.
I kind of tried everything now I could think of, from using different usb-ports to using different dolphin versions.
Any ideas? Or is - long story short - that wiimote fucked? (Although it baffles me that it connects then anyway...)
thanks in advance
