Dolphin's "emulate a BT adapter" mode (and by extension the Dolphin Bar, which uses this mode too) is only guaranteed to work with genuine Nintendo Wii Remotes. 3rd party models like the ones you have may or may not work (most don't). Bluetooth Passthrough mode should offer better compatibility, but it doesn't work with the Dolphin Bar...
