Dolphinbar does not auto connect to wiimote after restart of controller or pc or game

Yes I did.

I tried pressing 1 and 2 and the red button.
Today it worked once. But after a restart of the pc I needed to connect again.

I just ordered a new one. Seller told me it's probably faulty.
