DolphinBar and WiiMotes not working

Same problem, don't mean to necropost. This is still happening in current versions of Dolphin, it is also occuring to others I know with this controller/OS/setup. None of us can find a resolution no matter what we try or research to try. This issue deserves another look if at all possible. Thank you.
