DolphinBar and WiiMotes not working

I must be the biggest idiot, I cannot get the DolphinBar to work correctly on Windows 10 with a WiiMote RVL-003 (Original remotes that came with the Wii RVL-001).

I have updated the firmware on the DolphinBar.
I have tried to let Windows install the drivers.
I have tried to install the drivers off of the included DolphinBar cd.
I have tried different USB ports even 2.0 and 3.0.
I have plugged in the DolphinBar and installed the drivers without a bluetooth adapter installed.
If I have a bluetooth adapter installed I can get the WiiMotes to work (it rumbles to confirm this through the Dolphin program) but still not linked to the DolphinBar, so the infrared does not work.
The lights on the DolphinBar work, I have it on option 4, I select the sync button on the Bar and it blinks, then I select the sync button on the WiiMote, it blinks then the number 1 lights up, the DolphinBar continues to blink, then finally stops and it has a solid light but does not link to the WiiMote. I have gone into Dolphin to confirm that "Real WiiMote" is selected with "Continous Scanning" checked and "Enable Speaker Data" unchecked.
I have uninstalled the driver multiple times, rebooted my system multiple times, held the sync button on the DolphinBar while plugging it in to check Firmware Version and to let install automatically.

In Windows under Devices it shows the "Mayflash Wiimote PC Adapter" and under the properties of that device it shows "HID-compliant game controller" (4 times, in fact), with Driver provided by Microsoft.

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Update Dolphin. It won't work on 4.0.2.

Same issue

I have Dolphin 4.0-7952 (development) and dolphinbar. Have also re downloaded several versions to see if this is the issue.
I have updated the firmware on the DolphinBar.
I have a genuine wii remote motionplus.

The wiimote plus pointer works in LED 1 but the buttons don't. Doesn't do anything on the others LEDs
Dolphin says no supported bluetooth devise found, but my PC does recognize the dolphinbar.

Emulator newbie: Make sure a Wiimote is set to Real Wiimote in the controllers configuration! And you might want to turn on continuous scanning, too.

alanlcarlos: There is no windows driver.

I have already done both of these... Thanks for checking though.

What was the Windows Driver alanlcarlos was referring to?

Thanks

There's a CD that comes with the dolphinbar and on it are "drivers". I and others have tested them, and they do absolutely nothing. We have no idea what it is or does! Maybe a placebo?

What game are you trying to play?

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
And yes, the "driver disc" does absolutely nothing. Thought it was just mine being a dud.

Got it working. The wiimote I had was a dud and I've found out that pressing F12 while synced with the bar and with the game open in Dolphin it connected properly.
