Dolphinbar absolutely does not work in Dolphin

Disconnected every single USB device to my PC except for the Dolphinbar.  Still doesn't work.

I'm sorry but that's about all i can think of, you could try it on another pc if it doesn't work there either it's likely the Dolphinbar is just plain broken if the Wimmote is working on your real Wiii.
