Sounds like someone downloaded and installed the x86 version of the MS Visual C++ Redistributable Package. You need the x64 version for a 64-bit OS. Uninstall the one you have, the install the 64-bit version.

I have installed all here either: x86 and x64, to no avail, it seems that there will never be the solution to this problem.AngryAngryAngryAngryAngryAngry

Make sure you're downloading and installing the latest MS Visual C++ Redist Package. Make sure it's this one, the Service Pack 1 one.

I updated them via Windows Update lastests visual ++. Dolphin 3.0 64x is the only program that presents the problem, there's no other problems with 64x. Including his own Dolphin 2.0 x64 works normal.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust Windows update if you're still getting problems. Update this yourself manually. Read LPFaint's explanation of the error, uninstall everything you've installed so far, and install the two things he links to in his post.

Strange... Does the error occur with other revisions of Dolphin too?

Then you probably have 32bit DLLs in the Dolphin folder. SDL,cg, & cgGL should be the only ones in there.
