Take your laptop apart , buy Arctic MX-4 thermal compound and reapply it on the CPU , GPU

If you are familiar with laptop modding:
* Replace thermal compound with aftermarket thermal compound Arctic Cooling MX-4 * Replace the fan with a stronger one * Clean the enclosure of the laptop (dust, dirt etc.) If not... well. Yeah, a desktop with Core i5-3570k, HD 68XX OR Geforce GTX 660 Ti would be the ultimate gaming machine.
