dolphin wont load plugins on windows 7 64 bit

i'm trying to switch to windows 7 64 bit to install the latest dolphin build on my computer and have more stability but every time I do I get a list of errors stating does my graphics card support 2.0 opengl direct x failed to initialize none of the plugins load right it works great for x86 I get full speed 95 percent of the time on twilight princess.

part of it may be that you're trying to use a 32bit version of the game on a 64bit version of windows

use the latest dev build (not 4.0.2) and if you still get the issue try using D3D

I'm pretty sure the Radeon HD 6950 is supported with OpenGL, so you shouldn't have any errors.

And yes, you should be using the latest 64-bit dev builds on your 64-bit operating system for best results!
