Dolphin wont detect my Bluetooth dongle!

If yours is a TR the Toshiba stack will help.

Even thought the Bluetooth dongles are connected and showing on my "Devices and Printers", I have no Bluetooth options (tray icon, pairing, toggling Bluetooth on and off) as if I don't have any Bluetooth drivers installed. So I cant even see any discoverable Bluetooth devices.
