Is your Windows totally up to date? If you're on 7, do you have Service Pack 1 installed, if on 8 did you update to 8.1?

If not, try the first suggestion from this page: http://tdistler.com/2009/04/10/stackhash-and-application-crashes-on-windows

Hey, I use windows 7.

I tried the method you mentioned when I was doing some research myself, and it doesn't work because you can't turn off DEP for dolphin.exe

Do you have the latest versions of Visual C++ x64 (2012 and 2013)?
Try the DirectX web updater like ExtremeDude2 said.

Yeah I got the latest versions afaik. I tried downloading older dolphin version, like 3.5 and that one works though (in comparison to 4.0)

3.5 "works", but it´s not supported here due to being old and buggy (yes, a lot more than 4.0.2 or any recent dev build).
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 800/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

The error is actually a reference to DEP blocking Dolphin (just googled the stack hash OP got and found this: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/3932e3eb-c034-4eb7-aa06-4a0a8e6ea493/fault-module-namestackhash0a9e ).
