Dolphin won't start

Hi, i just updated dolphin from 4.0 6885 to 4.0 7933 and 7933 won't start up.  It gives an error about not beign able to find msvcp140.dll.  I don't have this issue with the older version, so i'm assuming some major changes must've occurred.  What do I need to update/install to fix this?

The development versions require the 64-bit Visual C++ redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 to be installed. Have you downloaded and installed it? The link is on the Dolphin download page.

whoops i completly missed seeing that the downloads page mentioned that, that is needed. Grabbed it from the link and installing now.
