Dolphin won't recognize PS3 controller

Hey all,

Just downloaded Dolphin 4.0 and I am trying to set up my PS3 Sixaxis controller for use on my Mac running 10.9. The controller is currently paired to the machine successfully and works wired and wirelessly with OpenEmu and sixtyforce. Dolphin is the only emulator that won't connect with it at all. It sees the controller in the device list but after I select it and press buttons, nothing happens.I've unpaired the controller and re-paired it. I even downloaded an older version of dolphin to see if that worked but it had the same problem.

I'd really love to start playing Wind Waker.

I haven't tried using a PS3 controller in Dolphin in quite a while (mostly because I prefer using a Classic Controller or Wii U Pro Controller with WJoy), but I've seen numerous people on OS X unable to use gamepads in Dolphin for some reason recently. I have a free weekend and a mild amount of motivation, so I'll try testing my handful of gamepads and see if I can use 'em.
