My mouse has five mouse buttons instead of the usual three, like some gaming mice. I configured my mouse to work like a makeshift wiimote, but for some reason Dolphin won't recognize my fourth mouse button,`Click 3`. I can bind any other action to Click 0, 1, 2 and 4, but it won't register when I click mouse 4. I even tried adding it manually as `Click 3` by right clicking on the box, and it did accept but still wouldn't recognize when I clicked.

I can't reproduce this. Could you try checking the button actually works, both by using it for whatever bonus feature the manufacturer says it does (e.g. on a Logitech G400 Click 3 works like a back button in browsers) and something else that will try and talk to it a bit more like Dolphin, such as a PC game.

If there's a really annoying potential cause for a problem, it'll always turn out to be the actual cause.
