Dolphin Won't Recognize Input in-Game

So I have a rather weird issue. Earlier today, I installed Dolphin (4.0.2) and tried to get Xenoblade working with it. I was able to get through the screen where it says "Press Any Key." Had to run, so I closed the emulator. Came back later in the day wanting to give it a go with my wireless 360 controller, and didn't have a problem with it being detected in the GCPad Configuration page. I pushed a button, the light went on in the program, woo.

Set up all my binds (even rumble worked), yet when I went into game it didn't recognize any of my key presses. Tried turning on Background Input, no luck. Figured there might be an issue with my controller for some weird reason, and hit the defaults key (and changed input back to DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse), yet it still wouldn't register any of my key presses. Ok, tried downloading the latest build (4.0-4877). Still no luck with either keyboard or controller.

I've attached screenshots of what seem like relevant pages.

Edit: I suppose I should also mention I'm running Windows 7 x64. Gamepad has worked fine in other games in the past.

Xenoblade uses the Wiimote for input, and doesn't have support for the GC pad in the actual game

Ahh, I just realized what it was. I didn't realize there was a separate config for the classic controller inside of the wiimote. That's good, now I don't have to dig my Wii out of the bottom of a pile of boxes. Smile
