Dolphin won't recognise Wiimote

I've tried both the Wiimote that came with my Wii and the Wiimote that came with Zelda Skyward Sword. Both official, neither being picked up in Dolphin.

Also Dolphin is refusing to save files for SSBB. (The only game I'm testing currently. Runs perfectly, currently playing with a 360 controller, as blasphemous as that is!)

Not sure what to do.
